I’m an IT Systems Administrator with hands-on experience supporting enterprise environments, managing user systems, and troubleshooting real-world technical issues. I work across hardware, software, and cloud-based tools to keep systems secure, reliable, and efficient.

My Skills
IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION
I support and maintain enterprise IT environments, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and up to date. My experience includes user account management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across hardware and software platforms.
NETWORKING & INFRASTRUSTURE
I work with core networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and Wi-Fi infrastructure to keep systems connected and functioning properly. I assist with network troubleshooting, device configuration, and resolving connectivity issues in real-world environments.
ENDPOINT & USER SUPPORT
I provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. This includes diagnosing issues, deploying equipment, managing updates, and ensuring users can work efficiently with minimal downtime.
